We look before we quote
Especially on bigger work. A price given over the phone without seeing the job is a guess, and guesses get revised upwards once the work has started.
About Burgeon Plumbing
Who you're dealing with, how we work, and where we work.
Fifteen years in the trade. The person who quotes your job is the person who stands behind it.
No quote from one person and work by another, and no subcontractors you've never met turning up at your gate. Burgeon Plumbing was founded by Ferdi Coetzee and runs out of Villieria in Pretoria. We travel anywhere in Gauteng the job calls for.
Burgeon Plumbing is a registered company, a member of the Inclusive Plumbers Association, and registered with WACC.
How we work
We don't exceed what you approved
If we open something up and find more than expected, we stop and tell you before carrying on. That is your right under the Consumer Protection Act and it is also just how it should work.
We tell you the awkward part
If the cheaper repair is going to fail in a year, you will hear that from us while you are deciding rather than afterwards.
We put it back the way we found it
Trench backfilled, paving relaid, site swept. You should not be able to tell where we dug.
Where we work
Based in Villieria, Pretoria. Most of our work is in and around the following suburbs, but we travel anywhere in Gauteng the job calls for.

Further afield — Johannesburg, Kempton Park, the East Rand — give us a call and we'll tell you straight whether it's worth the trip.
